Your oxy-acetylene regulator settings depend on the type of work and tip size, but generally, for welding, set the oxygen regulator between 5-15 psi and the acetylene regulator between 3-7 psi. Always follow the torch and tip manufacturer's recommendations for best results. Never set acetylene above 15 psi, as it becomes unstable and dangerous.
