For oxy-acetylene brazing, the tip size typically ranges from #0 to #3, depending on the thickness of the metal. For most light brazing work (up to about 1/8 inch thick), a #1 or #2 tip is commonly used. Always refer to your torch manufacturer's recommendations for the best results.
