Refund policy

Returns Overview

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Engine-driven welders (due to DOT regulations and manufacturer policies)
  • International orders (all sales final)
  • Circuit boards (PCBs) if the static/anti-static bag has been opened
  • Made-to-order or custom parts (notated in product description)

If you have any questions about product compatibility or specifications, we strongly encourage contacting us before placing your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to being sent back.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be rejected or delayed.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was:
    • Damaged in transit
    • Shipped in error
  • For items that originally qualified for free shipping, actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
  • If a manufacturer does not charge a shipping fee, no deduction will be made.

Restocking Fees

Most returns do not incur restocking fees.

However, if a restocking fee applies:

  • The fee will be disclosed before issuing your RMA
  • The amount will be deducted from your refund

We work closely with manufacturers to minimize or avoid these fees whenever possible.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without an approved RMA:

  • May be refused
  • May be returned to the customer at their expense
  • Will not be eligible for a refund

Any additional freight charges incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lease & Financing Orders

All lease-to-own and financing purchases are subject to the terms of the financing provider.

Once financing agreements are signed:

  • Return eligibility may be restricted or governed by the leasing company
  • WeldingMart does not control financing return decisions

Please review all financing documents carefully before completing your purchase.
