ENiCrMo-4 is an AWS A5.11 nickel-chromium-molybdenum SMAW electrode (~57 Ni / 15.5 Cr / 16 Mo / 4 W / UNS W80276) with 100 ksi minimum tensile, designed for welding Hastelloy C-276 (UNS N10276) and similar wet-corrosion nickel alloys used in oxidizing and reducing-acid service, including hot hydrochloric acid, wet chlorine, and FGD (flue gas desulfurization) systems. DC+ in all positions; interpass temperature ≤250 deg F to avoid intermetallic precipitation.
