The MK Products Mini Micro Orbital Weldhead (part 4000) is an enclosed orbital TIG weldhead designed for small-diameter tube welding — covering 1/8" to 1/2" outside diameter tubing — and pairs with the MK Products Cobratig 150 orbital power supply for fully automated, repeatable TIG girth welds without filler metal.

Compatibility / What It Fits

The MK Products Mini Micro Orbital Weldhead (4000) is designed for use with the MK Products Cobratig 150 orbital power supply (part 254-153). The weldhead clamps onto the tube OD, houses a rotating tungsten electrode, and provides an argon-purged chamber for the weld zone.

Tube OD coverage: 1/8" (0.125") to 1/2" (0.500") outside diameter. Wall thickness capability depends on the tube material and the weld schedule programmed into the Cobratig power supply. Consult MK Products' weld parameter guides for recommended settings by tube OD and wall thickness.

This weldhead performs autogenous (fusion, no filler metal) orbital TIG welds. It is not designed for filler-wire orbital welding of larger-diameter pipe.
