Apply in just four minutes and get real approval in seconds - there's no hard credit pull and no documents are needed.

Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

DETAILS

Harris 308LT1-1 Dynacore Stainless Flux-Cored FCAW Welding Wire-1 1/16 X 25# Spool - 308LFC38

308LT1-1 Dynacore® stainless steel flux-cored (FCAW-S) welding wire is used to join base metals of similar composition, such as AISI 301, 303, 304, 305, 308, 308L, 347. By specifying low carbon in this alloy, it is impossible to obtain resistance to intergranular corrosion due to carbide precipitation without the use of stabilizers such as columbium or titanium. This material is generally used with 100% carbon dioxide, or mixtures of argon and carbon dioxide, typically a 75%/25% mixture. Recommended 5/8 in .- 3/4 in. wire stick out. Conforms to AWS A5.22.

Features

  • Stainless steel 308LT1-1 flux-cored welding wire welds base metals of similar composition, such as AISI 301, 303, 304, 305, 308, 308L, 347
  • Use of columbium or titanium as stabilizers to prevent intergranular corrosion due to carbide precipitation
  • Use with 100% carbon dioxide or mixtures of argon (75%)/carbon dioxide (25%)
  • Suggested wire stick-out is 5/8 in. - 3/4 in. (15.9mm - 19.1mm)
  • 84,000 psi tensile strength (as welded)
  • 71,500 psi yield strength (as welded)
  • 19% elongation (as welded)
  • 35 ft./lb. @ 120◦F impact strength (as welded)
