Apply in just four minutes and get real approval in seconds - there's no hard credit pull and no documents are needed.

Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

DETAILS

Harris 95/5 Lead-Free Acid Core Solder 1/16 X 18# SPOOL - 955A318SP

95/5 acid core tin-antimony solder is a lead-free alloy frequently used to solder copper, brass, and steel, often as a replacement for lead bearing alloys. Flux is contained in the solder core and flows out to protect the surface during heating. This solder form minimizes the amount of flux used per part and makes it an ideal choice for semi-automated soldering applications. 95/5 has a higher melting temperature vs. tin/lead solders which is helpful in certain elevated temperature service applications. 95/5 has a narrow melting range providing rapid flow when melted. This trait means parts with reasonably close tolerances (0.002 in. – 0.005 in.) are recommended. Wire is manufactured per composition ASTM B32 Alloy Sb-5. Complies with the EU Reach & RoHS directive.

Features

  • Acid core flux tin-antimony solder
  • Higher melting temperature than tin-lead solders
  • Ideal for elevated temperature service applications
  • Narrow melting range yields rapid flow when melted
  • Used to solder copper, brass and steel and semi-automated soldering applications
  • Silver/gray color as deposited
  • No additional flux is necessary
  • Meets ASTM B32 - Sb5 (solder wire component);STD-006, Sn95Sb5A Flux core - J STD - 004 type ORM1
  • Complies with the EU Reach & RoHS directive
