Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

DETAILS

Lincoln ED031134 Lincore T & D Flux-Cored (FCAW-S) Wire, 1/16 in, 25 lb Steel Spool

Lincore T & D Flux-Cored Wire delivers a deposit similar to h32 tool steel on typical application including Punch die and Shear blades. Deposit composition should be 6 Layers Open Arc or 6 Layers with 802 standard Flux. Composition and properties depend upon dilution. Single layer deposit properties depend upon base metal and/or build-up material. Minimum preheat and interpass temperatures of 315°C (600°F) are essential for crack-free welding on mild steel or low alloy steel. For crack-free welding on tool steel parts, preheat of 538°C (1000°F) or higher may be necessary. After welding, very slow cooling to 121°C (250°F) is usually required. This can be followed by post-weld heat treating at 538° 593°C (1000° 1100°F) to develop maximum hardness.
