Overview

The Port-A-Torch HVAC deluxe kit contains all the quality equipment needed for brazing, cutting and welding using all fuel gases/acetylene. The kit includes Harris’ most economical Regulators featuring one-piece encapsulated seats for longer service life, easy-to-read dual scale 50mm plastic gauges, large plastic adjusting knob and 7-year warranty. The torch handle has silver-brazed twin-tube connections and replaceable FlashGuard check valves. The cutting attachment has brazed triangular Stainless Steel tubes, fold-forward cutting lever, ease-on cutting valve and solid brass head for years of safe dependable service even under the most abusive conditions. Also, included in the kit are an equal pressure mixer, cutting tip, brazing/welding tips, ANSI approved safety glasses, handheld ignitor and 3/16” x 12’ hose packaged in a rugged, molded plastic, hose-reel carrying tote. The kit is capable of cutting up to 1 in. (25.4mm) plate with supplied tip; cutting up to 4 in. (101.6mm) plate with optional larger tip(s) and acetylene Cylinder; welding up to 1/16” (1.6mm) plate with supplied tips and welding up to 1/2” (12.7mm) plate with optional larger tip(s) and acetylene Cylinder. All other components in the kit have a 1-year warranty.
