Harris 316LT1-1 Dynacore .035 Stainless Flux-Cored FCAW Welding Wire 25# Spool - 316LFCF8
316LT1-1 Dynacore® stainless steel flux-cored (FCAW-S) welding wire is used to join similar metals such as AISI 316L, 316, 316Ti, and 318. The typical 2.7% molybdenum provides improved resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion over grades 308L and 316L, particularly in the presence of chlorides. This material is generally used with 100% carbon dioxide or mixtures of argon/carbon dioxide, typically a 75%/25% mixture. Recommended 5/8 in .- 3/4 in. wire stick out. Conforms to AWS A5.22.
Features
- Stainless steel 316LT1-1 flux-cored welding wire joins similar metals, such as AISI 316L, 316, 316Ti and 318.
- The molybdenum provides improved resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, particularly in the presence of chlorides
- Use with 100% carbon dioxide or mixtures of argon (75%)/carbon dioxide (25%)
- 83,000 psi tensile strength (as welded)
- 56,000 psi yield strength (as welded)
- 30% min. elongation (as welded)
- Conforms to ANSI/AWS A5.22 & ASME SFA 5.22 E 316LT1-1
