Welding Equipment And Industrial Supplies Financing

Welding Mart has partnered with Clicklease to provide industry-leading welding equipment for a low monthly payment customized to fit your budget. Our welder financing services allow professionals to outfit their shop with the right welding machines and systems to serve customers. Whether you need a new MIG welder, a rental TIG welder, a virtual welding training simulator or something else, rent-to-own welders from leading brands such as Lincoln Electric and Miller are a great solution.

It's never been easier to afford the equipment you need to grow your business.
Apply in just four minutes and get real approval in seconds - there's no hard credit pull and no documents are needed.

Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

DETAILS

Harris Stay-Silv 5 Phos Copper Brazing Alloy 1/8 x 36 in. x 1 ea. 25 lb. box - 5636R

Typical Application

Brazing copper or brass, copper to copper and copper to low zinc brass;Used to bridge gaps where close fit-up cannot be maintained.

Stay-Silv 5 Phos Copper filler metal is a medium range filler metal that is well suited where close fit-up cannot be maintained. This filler metal is somewhat more ductile than Harris 0 or Stay-Silv 2. It is designed for copper-to-copper applications, but also can be used on copper to low zinc brass by applying Stay-Silv white brazing flux. Stay-Silv 5 flows rapidly when heated quickly to its liquidus. This allows penetration into tight clearance connections. With slower heating, the filler metal melting range provides the ability to fill wider gaps. Stay-Silv 5 is often chosen as an economical alternative to higher silver content filler metals for copper and brass applications. It is not recommended for brazing steel or other ferrous base metals, as the phosphorus content promotes formation of low ductility intermetallic with the base metal. Corrosion resistance is generally similar to copper base metal, but due to its phosphorus content should not be used if the braze is exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds in service. Conforms to the EU Reach & RoHS directive.

Features

• Medium-range silver brazing alloy for copper-to-copper applications
• More ductile than Harris 0 or Stay-Silv 2
• A frequent choice for brazing copper as it is "self-fluxing"
• When heated quickly to its liquidus, allows penetration into tight clearance connections
• With slower heating, the alloy melting range allows the operator to fill loose connections
• Use Stay-Silv white flux to braze low-zinc brass
• Corrosion resistance is generally similar to the copper base metal, but phosphorus containing alloys, including Stay-Silv 5, should not be used if the braze is exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds in service
• Not recommended for brazing steel or other ferrous base metals
• The phosphorus content promotes formation of a low ductility intermetallic with the base metal
• Complies with the EU Reach & RoHS directive
