This Mega Rim Clamp is built to handle tough jobs that require 100% weld and grind without releasing clamping pressure. Symmetrically placed jackscrews apply reforming pressure exactly where needed, ensuring accurate alignment of pipes or shells. The stainless steel contact surfaces enhance corrosion resistance, making the clamp suitable for a wide range of materials and demanding environments.

Capable of reforming pipes with 45,000 PSI tensile strength and correcting out-of-round conditions up to 2” (51 mm), the D711-2026M supports pipes up to schedule 80. The self-latching design for pipes 14” (356 mm) and larger makes installation simple, safe, and efficient, providing unmatched performance for large-diameter pipe projects.
