Full Three Year Factory Warranty
The Maverick 325X is an advanced engine-driven welder with the perfect combination of size, performance, and innovation. This best-in-class arc welding machine provides substantial power and promotes fuel savings with variable engine RPM and auto start/stop capabilities. In addition, the machine boasts an advanced user interface on a heavy-duty 4.6" weatherproof LCD screen. The machine also features CrossLinc technology, which allows the adjustment of machine output at the arc to promote productivity, site safety, and overall weld quality.
The Maverick 325X delivers exceptional compact power with plenty of jobsite capability, providing 325A of welding output and 10 kW of clean, single-phase power that can operate tools, lights, and other equipment simultaneously with welding operations. This multi-process workhorse features optimized performance with specialized stick, wire welding, and direct-connect spool gun capabilities to address all jobsite needs from basic repair to complex fabrication tasks. The machine's innovative design combines substantial power with a compact footprint, making it easier to transport and position on crowded job sites while still delivering the performance capabilities typically found in larger units.
The Maverick 325X incorporates advanced technology to enhance operator control and maximize efficiency. The durable 4.6 inch digital display provides full machine control, including process setup, maintenance reminders, and PIN authorization for enhanced security and personalized settings. With CrossLinc technology, operators can change welding parameters at the arc without an additional control cable, helping to increase productivity, promote safety, and improve weld quality by reducing trips back to the power source. The machine's variable engine RPM automatically adjusts engine speed to match the power demand, reducing fuel consumption and engine noise during periods of lower power requirements. This feature works in conjunction with the Auto-Stop/Start technology to save on fuel costs, avoid excess idling, and reduce engine wear by shutting down the engine during extended periods of inactivity and automatically restarting when welding or power is needed. Powered by a reliable 24.8 hp Kubota diesel engine, the Maverick 325X combines powerful performance with operational efficiency in a compact, jobsite-ready package that meets EPA Tier 4 Final compliance standards.
