Apply in just four minutes and get real approval in seconds - there's no hard credit pull and no documents are needed.

Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

DETAILS

Harris Harris 17 Flux-Coated Nickel-Silver Brazing Alloy - 017FC60

Harris 17FC is a copper-zinc-nickel TIG (GTAW) green flux-coated alloy developed for "braze-welding" steel and cast iron. It can also be used for brazing tungsten carbide to steel where higher joining temperature is not objectionable. The nickel addition provides hardness and strength compared to the standard bronze alloys. This characteristic makes it ideal for overlays and build-up of gear teeth, shafts, bearings, valve seats, pistons and other surfaces subject to wear. Also, used for joining ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Harris 17FC flows easily and deposits can be machined. It can also be deposited using oxy-fuel torches. The flux coating eliminates the need for manual flux application. Conforms to AWS A5.8.

Features

  • Copper-zinc-nickel TIG (GTAW) green flux-coated welding rod
  • The addition of nickel provides hardness and strength
  • Good flow and machinability
  • Typical applications include "braze-welding" steel and cast iron
  • Ideal for overlays and build-up on equipment and surfaces subject to wear including gear teeth, shafts, bearings, valve seats and pistons
  • Can also be used for brazing tungsten carbide to steel
  • Joins ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Conforms to AWS 5.8 RBCuZn-D
