Safety-Silv 45TCW Flux Cored high silver brazing alloy is often specified in place of the popular Safety-Silv 45 (AWS BAg-5). The tin addition lowers the melting temperature to improve flow characteristics. It contains an inner core of brazing flux, eliminating the cost and labor of a separate fluxing application. It is cadmium-free and is an excellent replacement for many of the hazardous cadmium-bearing brazing products. Conforms to the EU Reach & RoHS directive.
