It's never been easier to afford the equipment you need to grow your business.
Apply in just four minutes and get real approval in seconds - there's no hard credit pull and no documents are needed.

Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

DETAILS

Harris Blockade Phos Copper Brazing Alloy - BK220R

Typical Application
Brazing copper or brass;Lower brazing temperature replacement for many silver bearing BCuP alloys.

Blockade Phos Copper brazing filler metal has an innovative composition that provides the ability to form a large shoulder or cap at the braze connection. It is a low melting temperature alloy that is very fluid and fast flowing. Best for tight fitting connections under two inches in diameter. Ideal for copper-to-brass applications such as solenoid valves, ball valves, Schrader valves and distributors. Blockade is self-fluxing on copper. Its lower melting temperature makes it an excellent choice for brass. Conforms to the EU Reach & RoHS directive.
Features

• A low cost alternative to silver bearing filler metals
• It has a narrow melting range, but its flow characteristics allow operators to “cap”, or build up, around the finished joint
• Low melting point reduces the likelihood of overheating the brass
• Often selected to replace high silver brazing filler metals for these applications
• Does not contain silver, so significant cost reductions are available
• Not recommended for brazing steel or other ferrous alloys
• Phosphorus content will form low ductility intermetallic with base metal
• Phosphorus containing brazing alloys should not be used if the braze is exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds in service
• For copper or brass. Lower brazing temperature, excellent replacement for many silver bearing BCuP alloys.
• Conforms to the EU Reach & RoHS directive
