Pipe Beveling & Cutting Machines from Mathey Dearman

This collection holds Mathey Dearman pipe cutting and beveling equipment: manual saddle machines from the MSA to the 8SA, the stepper-motor band crawler, Plasma Speed retrofit kits, torch arms, contour attachments, storage boxes and replacement parts such as ring gears, cap rings and bearing brackets.

Saddle machines

Mathey Dearman calls its saddle machine the industry standard for over 90 years. Across the range, saddle machines cut and bevel pipe from 1.5 to 48 in: the MSA covers 1.5–4 in and the 8SA covers 36–48 in. Machine torches are sold separately.

Band crawler

The Mathey Dearman band crawler cutting and beveling machine covers pipe from 10 to 60 in. Band crawler flex drive cables, worm gear shafts and a stainless band are listed here too.

Torch arms and attachments

The double torch arm removes the need to rotate one torch to get a forward or back bevel, and Mathey Dearman says it can cut setup and cutting time by up to 50%. The pro model torch arm with the out-of-round roller attachment handles out-of-round pipe up to 1/4 in. The cam-adjustable torch carrier is made for no-notch cuts.
