The Bug-O GO-FER IV W/PENDANT 240VAC W/RAIL – GOF-4102 is a dependable, high-precision cutting and welding tractor designed for full-position operation on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces. With its rugged build and pendant control system, this unit is ideal for fabrication shops and fieldwork alike. Its rail-mounted, rack and pinion drive ensures smooth, accurate movement even in inverted applications.
This model is engineered for both oxy-fuel and plasma torch use, and is fully capable of straight-line or bevel cutting. It features a torch holder that fits standard 1-3/8" (35 mm) machine torches with a 32-pitch gear rack. A rear-mounted quick-action gas manifold reduces hose strain and allows fast, accurate gas flow adjustments without disturbing torch calibration. A cable anchor also comes standard for protecting supply lines and cords from excess pull.
With an adjustable speed range of 2.5 to 100 ipm (63.5–2540 mm/min), the GOF-4102 delivers smooth, consistent travel. Its built-in contactor switch allows easy start/stop of the plasma arc, and the torch racking system adjusts for precision cuts and bevels. The unit is also capable of plasma gouging with a simple tip change—no need to switch machines.
