What is this Lincoln drive roll kit used for?

Drive rolls grip and feed welding wire through the feeder. The correct roll type and groove size must match your wire diameter and type (solid steel, flux-cored, aluminum) for consistent feeding and arc performance.

How do I select the right drive roll groove size?

Match the drive roll groove to your wire diameter. Using the wrong groove size causes slippage, wire deformation, or feeding jams. Check the product listing for compatible wire diameters.

Can I use these drive rolls for flux-cored wire?

Flux-cored wire requires knurled (serrated) drive rolls, not V-groove rolls used for solid wire. Using the wrong roll type damages the wire and causes feeding problems. Select the roll type that matches your wire.

Is this drive roll kit compatible with my Lincoln feeder?

Lincoln drive roll kits are feeder-specific. Confirm compatibility with your wire feeder model in the product description before purchasing.
