Overview

308LT1-1 Dynacore® stainless steel flux-cored welding wire (FCAW-S) is a premium low-carbon welding wire designed for joining austenitic stainless steel base metals of similar composition, including AISI 301, 303, 304, 305, 308, 308L, and 347. This high-performance flux-cored wire features columbium or titanium stabilizers to provide superior resistance to intergranular corrosion caused by carbide precipitation. The advanced flux formulation delivers excellent arc stability, minimal spatter, and superior weld quality. Compatible with 100% carbon dioxide or argon/CO2 gas mixtures (typically 75%/25%). Recommended wire stick-out: 5/8 in. - 3/4 in. for optimal performance. Meets and exceeds AWS A5.22 specifications for guaranteed performance and reliability in critical stainless steel fabrication projects.
