Apply in just four minutes and get real approval in seconds - there's no hard credit pull and no documents are needed.

Benefits of Lease-to-Own Welders

A welding machine rental is great for short-term and long-term business needs. Welder leases and rentals let companies stay on top of the latest welding technology without draining their operating budget by paying upfront, in full for new machines. At the end of the lease period, you can either purchase the welding equipment outright or return it to WeldingMart. You can also buy the equipment anytime within the first year of your lease - see below for more details.

Welder rentals can also have tax benefits. In many cases, the payments you make when you lease or finance a welding machine for business or educational purposes are tax-deductible. This frees up even more resources to get the equipment, supplies and personnel that welding businesses need.

More Information

Welding machine financing is available 24/7 so you can apply whenever it's convenient for you. It will only take about four minutes of your time.

Once approved, you'll have the option to select the term that best fits your budget and, if approved for more than you request, our calculator makes it easy to see how your payments change for any additional items you add to your lease. eDocs are available immediately, allowing you to order your new gear within minutes.

Blockade flux-coated phos-copper brazing alloy 2.0 x 500mm x 20 in. x 1 ea. 20-stick tube

Overview
Harris Blockade Flux-Coated Phos-Copper Brazing Alloy - 2.0 x 500 mm (0.08 x 19.7 in) - 1 ea Tube - BKFC2500R1

BLOCKADE flux-coated phos-copper brazing filler metal features advanced composition technology that enables superior large shoulder and cap formation at brazing connections. This high-performance low melting temperature alloy offers exceptional fluid flow properties and rapid application speeds, making it ideal for tight fitting connections under two inches in diameter. Perfectly suited for copper-to-brass brazing applications including solenoid valves, ball valves, Schrader valves and distributors. BLOCKADE provides self-fluxing capabilities on copper surfaces, while its reduced melting temperature ensures optimal performance for brass brazing operations. The pre-applied flux coating on the wire streamlines brazing processes by eliminating manual flux application requirements.

Features

  • Cost-effective alternative to silver bearing filler metals for maximum material savings
  • Narrow melting range with superior flow characteristics enables operators to create professional "cap" or "build-up" finishes around completed joints
  • Low melting point technology significantly reduces brass overheating risks during brazing processes
  • Frequently selected as high-performance replacement for silver brazing filler metals in critical applications
  • Silver-free formulation provides substantial cost reductions compared to traditional brazing alloys
  • Not recommended for brazing steel or other ferrous alloy materials
  • Phosphorus content creates low ductility intermetallic compounds with base metal substrates
  • Phosphorus-containing brazing alloys not suitable for applications with sulfur or sulfur compound exposure during service
  • Specifically formulated for copper and brass brazing applications, with lower brazing temperatures serving as excellent replacement for many silver-bearing BCuP alloys
