BLOCKADE phos-copper brazing filler metal features an innovative composition engineered for superior joint formation with large shoulder and cap capabilities at braze connections. This low melting temperature alloy delivers exceptional fluidity and fast-flowing properties, making it the optimal choice for tight fitting connections under two inches in diameter. Perfect for copper-to-brass applications including solenoid valves, ball valves, Schrader valves and distributors. BLOCKADE offers self-fluxing properties on copper surfaces, while its reduced melting temperature makes it an ideal solution for brass brazing applications. Fully compliant with EU Reach and RoHS directives.
