Dynaflow phos-copper brazing alloy 1/8 x 1/8 x 36 in. x 1 ea. 25 lb. box

Overview

Dynaflow offers exceptionally pure phosphorus-copper-silver brazing filler metal technology specifically recommended for all copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass cooling applications. This industry-proven alloy has delivered decades of reliable serviceability and economic performance to customers across various sectors. Dynaflow represents a premium, medium-range silver alloy developed to replicate the performance characteristics of 15% silver brazing filler metals. This versatile alloy provides exceptional results for both tight and loose fitted brazing applications, establishing it as the preferred choice for operators, service technicians, and end users. Fully compliant with EU Reach and RoHS directive standards.

Features
  • Premium, medium-range alloy engineered for copper and brass brazing applications
  • Exceptional strength and ductility for long-lasting joint integrity
  • Economical replacement for 15% silver alloys delivering equivalent performance
  • When heated above liquidus temperature, effectively penetrates tight connections
  • Wide melting range allows loose connection filling and professional "cap" or "build-up" finishes around completed joints
  • Self-fluxing properties on copper and copper-to-copper connections. Requires Stay-Silv white flux for brass or copper-to-brass applications
  • Not recommended for brazing steel or other ferrous base metal materials
  • Corrosion resistance generally similar to copper base metal, however phosphorus-containing alloys including Dynaflow should not be used in applications exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds during service
  • Phosphorus content promotes formation of low ductility intermetallic compounds with base metal materials
  • Full compliance with EU Reach and RoHS environmental and safety directives
