Stay Brite lead-free solid wire solder is engineered to provide a strong, ductile connections on copper, brass, steel and Stainless Steel. The silver color is also a good color match to Stainless Steel. It is a eutectic filler metal with a single melting temperature. This low temperature, rapid melting characteristic promotes capillary flow and less base metal distortion and oxidation. It conforms to NSF/ANI Standard 51 for food service equipment, NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for Drinking Water System Components - health effects and NSF/ANSI 372 for Drinking Water System Components – Lead Content & the US Safe Drinking Water Act amendments. Complies with the EU RoHS directive.
