The ITW LYNX Fusion 600 Stud System is a powerful 600-amp micro-controlled arc stud welding system designed for high-performance welding on heavy gauge steels where greater weld penetration is required. This versatile system features a bright, high-contrast OLED display that offers clear, real-time feedback and a simple three-button user interface, making it incredibly easy to operate. The LYNX Fusion 600 is ideal for industrial stud welding applications requiring robust performance and reliability.

Capable of both arc and short cycle welding with ferrules or inert shielding gas, the system delivers 600 amps of adjustable power output. The LYNX Fusion 600 can be equipped with a gas foot for short cycle arc stud welding to thinner gauge steels, providing flexibility to suit various welding requirements. With the ability to modify gas flow, pilot arc, and weld time, operators have complete control over the welding process to achieve optimal results across different materials and applications.

The system offers impressive welding capacity with duty cycles of 6 welds per minute for 3/8" studs, 12 welds per minute for 5/16" studs, and 20 welds per minute for 1/4" studs. The LYNX Fusion 600 accepts multiple input power configurations including 208-230VAC (60 amps), 400-480VAC (40 amps), and 575VAC (30 amps) at 50/60 Hz, making it adaptable to various industrial power systems.

The complete system includes the operator's choice of welding gun, dual ground cables with 20 feet of #2 cable, changing tools, and three collets for immediate operation. The heavy-duty enclosure features a thunder blue finish with large lifting handles for easy portability and is built to withstand demanding industrial environments. The system comes equipped with the IWT-A2 gun featuring 20 feet of #2 welding cable, a heavy-duty Dinse welding connector, Amphenol control connector, and easily adjustable lift that requires no tools for quick setup adjustments.
