The Lincoln Cooper® Adapt W/C WB Welding Cobot Table (AD2650-2) is a turnkey, water-cooled collaborative welding system that mounts a FANUC® CRX-10iA/L cobot on a linear track to expand its work envelope along a full 4 ft x 8 ft Siegmund® worktable. By mounting the FANUC CRX-10iA/L cobot to the PHD linear track, the Cooper Adapt System expands the cobot’s reach along the length of the worktable. The 4 ft x 8 ft Siegmund worktable offers multiple workstations along its length or adapts to varying part sizes and lengths, so you can prep one zone while welding in another for maximum throughput. The water-cooled configuration is built for higher-duty-cycle and demanding welding applications.
Welds are produced by an industrial FANUC® CRX robot driven by a Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R450 power source, with Power Wave software controlling and monitoring the process for the highest levels of weld quality and productivity. The Cooper™ App makes it simple for anyone to program a quality weld, guiding operators step-by-step on screen with minimal training required.
