It is a high-volume, made-to-stock product chosen to support stronger availability and help keep delivery times short. When used with Lincolnweld® 980™ flux, L-61 meets AWS classification F7A2-EM12K-H8. Recommended alternatives assume the wire is paired with Lincolnweld® 980™ flux. If you are using another flux, contact us to discuss the most appropriate alternative.
