ENiCrMo-10 is an AWS A5.11 nickel-chromium-molybdenum SMAW electrode (~57 Ni / 22 Cr / 13 Mo / 3 W / UNS W86022) with 100 ksi minimum tensile, designed for welding Hastelloy C-22 (UNS N06022) and similar high-chromium nickel alloys used in severely oxidizing acid service, including hot nitric, hydrochloric, and mixed acid. The higher chromium content versus C-276 extends oxidizing-acid resistance. DC+ in all positions; interpass temperature ≤250 deg F.
