The DLF-82 wire feeder is the ideal feeder to pair with Flextec power sources for Pulsed MIG as well as CV-MIG welding applications. - Simple System Configuration – Includes integrated 5-pin ArcLink control cable, .035/.045 drive rolls and wire reel stand for up to 60-lb spools.
- Simple to Use – For synergic setup, choose desired weld process, wire type, wire diameter and gas type.
- Synergic weld modes – one knob control. Set higher wire feed speeds for thicker materials and lower wire feed speeds for thinner materials. Voltage is automatically adjusted. (requires synergic compatible Flextec)
- Pulsed MIG Support – with pulse supporting Flextec power source – lower spatter, greater puddle control. (requires pulse compatible Flextec)
- Auto Settings – run-in speed, pre-flow, post-flow, burn-back are auto-set based on setup configuration. (requires auto-settings compatible Flextec)
- Memories – up to four stored weld schedules for easy changes between different welds. Easily configurable from 1-4 memories.
