The Lincoln VRTEX 360+ Dual User (K4602-1) allows two trainees to weld simultaneously on separate stations from a single unit. Schools, union training facilities, military programs, and industrial training departments use the VRTEX 360 to cut consumable costs during initial training, accelerate welder qualification cycles, and deliver consistent pass/fail performance metrics. The system simulates SMAW (stick), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (flux-cored), and GTAW (TIG) with realistic arc physics, puddle behavior, and heat management.
Trainees receive instant feedback on travel speed, work angle, drag angle, and arc length. Instructors access performance data through the integrated software dashboard. The K4602-1 ships on a pallet with both welding stations, display hardware, and software license included.
