Overview

Flextec® 350X PowerConnect® / DLF-84 Ready-Pak®. The Flextec® 350X PowerConnect® / DLF-84 Ready-Pak® is a complete fab shop MIG welding system that is easy to order, easy to set up and easy to operate. The PowerConnect® power source welds on any input voltage from 200 to 575V, single or 3-phase, and the ArcLink® DLF-84 bench feeder adds synergic CV-MIG, basic pulsed MIG, Auto Settings and memories for low spatter and better arc control. Welding wire and shielding gas are ordered separately.

  • Ready to Weld - Ships fully assembled on a pallet with the Flextec® 350X PowerConnect® power source, DLF-84 bench wire feeder with 60 lb wire reel stand, Magnum® PRO Curve™ HDE™ 350 gun, and flowmeter regulator on a cart.
  • Any Input Power - PowerConnect® technology welds on any input voltage from 200 to 575V, single or 3-phase, 50/60 Hz.
  • Synergic Control - Set the wire type, diameter and shielding gas, then adjust one knob (WFS) and the voltage follows automatically.
  • Pulsed MIG Modes - Basic pulse modes reduce spatter and fume and give a wider operating range for better puddle control and easier out-of-position welding.
  • Adaptive Arc - In pulsed MIG, small changes in contact tip to work distance won't change the bead shape, because the arc length is held constant.
  • Auto Settings - Run-in speed, pre flow, post flow, burnback, start procedure and crater fill adjust automatically for better starts and finishes.
  • 4-Roll Wire Drive - Field-proven, tool-less 4-roll drive with split wire guides and a single tension adjustment for fast, consistent feeding at up to 1,200 ipm.
  • Memory Presets - Save up to 4 weld settings and switch between them right at the gun with trigger memory recall.
  • Process Control - Weld parameter limits, weld mode lockout and PIN lockout help prevent accidental changes on the shop floor.
  • Aluminum Capable - Add a compatible Lincoln Electric push-pull gun and the K5711-1 12-pin push-pull gun connector for aluminum welding.
  • Warranty - 5-year parts and labor warranty on the power source and 3-year warranty on the wire feeder.
