- Full Job-Site Versatility – Offers up to 400 amps (IEC rated at 325 amps) of welding current to tackle numerous welding and carbon arc gouging applications. Includes six optimized CC and CV modes, plus advanced modes to support pulsed TIG, pulsed MIG, STT®, and mechanized equipment.
- All Day Auxiliary Power – Provides up to 11 kW of continuous three-phase power to run industrial tools such as plasma cutters, pumps, or inverter welders.
- Next-Gen Display – Bright, durable 7 in. digital user interface for unmatched machine control - Save and recall memories, receive maintenance reminders, and enable PIN authorization.
- CrossLinc® Enabled – Allows communication through a standard weld cable to enable voltage or current control at the arc without a control cable to help improve safety, quality, and productivity with less trips to the power source and reduced jobsite clutter. Built-in True Voltage Technology (TVT) compensates for voltage drop to further improve operations.
- Run Longer and More Efficient – Weld longer with a class-leading 20 US gal. (75.7 L) fuel tank and integrated Auto-Stop/Start feature, designed to prevent excessive idling to help save on fuel costs, avoid unnecessary engine wear, and extend time between required maintenance.
- Field-Proven Diesel Engine – Powered by a 24.8 hp, naturally aspirated Kubota® diesel engine to provide extremely smooth and quiet operation while meeting EPA Tier 4 Final compliance.
- Trusted Reliability – Engineered tough to withstand harsh conditions and backed by trusted industry support and 3-year warranty.

Yes — this is a factory demo or low-hour unit directly from Lincoln Electric. Units may show light cosmetic marks from display use but are mechanically sound. The warranty on this unit is the same as on a new machine. Lincoln’s Industrial Limited Warranty (form IMWS1, Apr-2026) lists a 3-year warranty period for “All Lincoln welding machines, wirefeeders & plasma cutting machines”, and Lincoln states: “Lincoln will assume both the parts and labor expense of correcting defects during the warranty period.” Lincoln lists a longer, 5-year period for the “Digital User Interface on Frontier Models Only”. As on a new machine, the engine is not covered by Lincoln’s warranty — Lincoln states: “All engines and engine accessories are warranted by the engine or engine accessory manufacturer and are not covered by this warranty.” This machine’s Perkins 403F-15T engine is warranted by Perkins: “Two Years on parts and labor on 100 and 400 series (2,000 hours) and 1000 and 1100 series (3000 hours). Three years major components, worldwide.”, and that term “BEGINS ON DATE OF PURCHASE BY END USER.” Lincoln directs buyers to the engine maker — WWW.PERKINS.COM / 1-888-PERK-ENG (737-5364).
