Lincoln PIPEFAB™ Ready-Pak Welding System is built specifically for pipe and vessel fabrication, delivering the ideal combination of advanced arc performance, digital simplicity, and shop-ready design. This is a Lincoln Electric factory low-hour demo unit (U3734-1) — tested, inspected, and certified by Lincoln Electric before leaving the factory.
Developed to help fabricators produce high-quality root-to-cap welds faster and easier, PIPEFAB™ gives your shop a complete, customer-driven system focused on productivity, consistency, and ease of use. Engineered for demanding environments, PIPEFAB™ features weld modes fine-tuned for every stage of the weld — from root pass to final cap — while its Ready-to-Run™ design keeps processes available without constant setup changes. The system supports a full range of processes including Stick, TIG, MIG, STT® MIG, Pulsed MIG, and Flux-Cored welding.
Cable View™ Technology
Continuously monitors cable inductance and automatically adjusts the waveform to maintain consistent arc performance — even with long or coiled cable runs.
Breakthrough Arc Performance
Delivers exceptional weld quality from root to cap with optimized processes like STT® and Smart Pulse™, designed specifically for pipe welding applications.
Simple Digital Controls
Intuitive one-button process selection, easy-to-understand menus, memory settings, and real-time visual feedback using ArcFX® Technology.
Industry-Focused Design
Purpose-built for pipe and vessel fabrication with Ready-to-Run™ setup, dedicated outputs, and PowerConnect® Technology for flexible 200V–600V input power.
Trusted Support
Backed by Lincoln Electric's global network, decades of welding expertise, and industry-leading technical support.
This PIPEFAB™ Ready-Pak (Unit U3734-1) is a Lincoln Electric factory low-hour demo unit — not a used or field-operated machine. Lincoln Electric demo units are used in controlled trade show, training, and demonstration environments, then returned to the factory for inspection and certification. Every unit is tested to ensure it meets new-machine performance standards before being offered for sale.
- Low hours — demonstration use only, not production operated
- Factory-inspected and certified by Lincoln Electric technicians
- Priced significantly below new retail — same machine, real savings
- Ships from WeldingMart's warehouse with full packaging
- WeldingMart is an Authorized Lincoln Electric Dealer
- Pipe and vessel fabrication — the system is purpose-built for root-to-cap pipe welds in structural and pressure vessel applications
- Fabrication shops running multiple processes — supports Stick, TIG, MIG, STT® MIG, Pulsed MIG, and Flux-Cored from one machine
- Production environments — Ready-to-Run™ design eliminates setup time between jobs
- Industrial and energy sector — used extensively in oil & gas fabrication and power generation pipeline work
Stick, TIG, MIG, STT® MIG, Pulsed MIG, and Flux-Cored (FCAW). The system is designed so all processes are ready to run without reconfiguring — operators switch between them with one-button selection.
A factory demo unit is a machine used by Lincoln Electric at trade shows, training events, or customer demonstrations — not operated in a production environment. After use, the machine is returned to Lincoln Electric, inspected by factory technicians, and certified to meet new-unit performance standards. Lincoln Electric demo units are not the same as used welders sold off a shop floor.
PowerConnect® Technology allows 200V–600V input across a wide range, making it compatible with most industrial facilities without rewiring. Consult the spec sheet for full input requirements for your specific configuration.
