ENiCrCoMo-1 is an AWS A5.11 nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum SMAW electrode (~52 Ni / 22 Cr / 12.5 Co / 9 Mo / UNS W86117) with 100 ksi minimum tensile, designed for welding Inconel 617 (UNS N06617) and similar high-temperature nickel-cobalt alloys used in gas turbine combustors, heat-treatment furnaces, and ultra-supercritical power generation operating above 1800 deg F. The cobalt addition extends elevated-temperature creep strength. DC+ in all positions.
