Lincoln Tech Rod 141 is an AWS A5.11/A5.11M ENi-1 SMAW stick electrode family with 60 ksi minimum tensile and DC+ only, all positions operation. ENi-1 is an AWS A5.11 commercially-pure nickel SMAW electrode (~96% Ni / UNS W82141) with 60 ksi minimum tensile, designed for welding wrought and cast commercially-pure nickel (Nickel 200, Nickel 201) and for overlay on carbon steel in caustic and chemical service. The pure-nickel deposit delivers excellent resistance to hot caustic, dry chlorine, and food-grade environments. DC+ in all positions; preheat is generally not required.
