ENiCu-7 is an AWS A5.11 nickel-copper SMAW electrode (~65 Ni / 30 Cu / UNS W84190) with 70 ksi minimum tensile, designed for welding Monel 400 (UNS N04400) and similar wrought and cast nickel-copper alloys used in marine, seawater, and hydrofluoric-acid service. The deposit matches the corrosion resistance of the Monel base metal. DC+ in all positions; preheat generally not required, interpass temperature ≤300 deg F.
