ENiCrFe-2 is an AWS A5.11 nickel-chromium-iron SMAW electrode (~70 Ni / 15 Cr / 8 Fe / Nb / UNS W86133) with 80 ksi minimum tensile, designed for welding Inconel 600, dissimilar joints between nickel alloys and stainless or carbon steel, and for the root and hot pass on Inconel-clad carbon steel. The deposit resists stress-corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing environments. DC+ in all positions; preheat not required, low interpass temperature recommended for high-restraint joints.
