The Lincoln Electric® Thermal Wave™ Induction Heating System (K5668-1) delivers 50 kW of continuous output with a 100% duty cycle to help reduce time-to-temperature and keep fabrication projects moving. Unlike competitive systems that require liquid cooling, Thermal Wave operates fully air-cooled while providing precise temperature control up to 1382°F (750°C). This One-Pak® includes the power source, pendant controller, extension box, noise reduction cable and ground cable for flexible deployment across construction, pipeline, shipbuilding, power generation and fabrication applications. Heating cables or Quick Wraps are required and sold separately.
