UltraCore® 81Ni1C-H 1/16 in Flux-Cored Welding Wire is engineered for demanding high-strength, low-alloy steel welding applications requiring exceptional toughness, crack resistance, and seismic performance. Designed specifically for use with 100% CO₂ shielding gas, this advanced flux-cored wire delivers stable arc characteristics, excellent bead appearance, and consistently high impact values—even with a 2.5 mm notch offset from the weld centerline. Its very low diffusible hydrogen content (maximum 4 mL/100 g of weld deposit) makes it ideal for critical structural, bridge, and heavy fabrication projects where weld integrity is essential.
