Velion™ 50kW 150A EV Output Cable - the field-replaceable output cable for the Lincoln Electric Velion™ 50kW Level 3 DC Fast Charger, available with a CCS1 or NACS connector in 15 ft or 25 ft lengths. Engineered for maximum efficiency, the quick-connect lug cable connections allow for seamless replacements in under five minutes, minimizing downtime and keeping your operations running smoothly. Velion™ output cables are sold separately from the charger, so you can specify the connector standard and cable length your fleet needs.

- Quick-Connect Lug Design Cable replacement in under five minutes. The lug-style cable connections let a technician swap the output cable in the field instead of pulling the charger out of service, minimizing downtime and keeping operations running.
- 150A DC Rating at 1000V Every Velion™ output cable is rated for 150A DC at 1000V and matched to the Velion™ 50kW Mobile DC Fast Charger, which delivers up to 130A across a 200-1000V DC output range at selectable 12.5kW, 25kW and 50kW power levels.
- CCS1 or NACS Connector Choose CCS1 (SAE J1772 Combo) for the majority of non-Tesla electric vehicles sold in North America - Ford, GM, Stellantis, Hyundai and Kia, Rivian, and most electric school buses and delivery vans - or NACS (SAE J3400) for Tesla and the growing list of NACS adopters.
- 15 ft or 25 ft Lengths The 15 ft (4.5 m) cable keeps the working area tight and manageable; the 25 ft (7.6 m) cable extends reach around larger vehicles and awkward parking positions without repositioning the charger. Both are air-cooled.
- Sold Separately Velion™ output cables are ordered separately from the charger so you can match connector standard and length to your fleet. Available as K5814-1-C-15, K5814-1-C-25, K5814-1-N-15 and K5814-1-N-25. CCS1 cables are also supplied in the K6021 and K6022 One-Pak® packages.
- Charger Compatibility Designed for use with the Velion™ 50kW Level 3 DC Fast Charger, part numbers K5765-1-W-X-M-W-R (wheels) and K5765-1-W-X-M-WC-R (roll cage and wheels).
- Certified Charging System The Velion™ charging system is certified to UL2202 and UL2231-1 & -2 with SAE J1772, SAE J2894 and SAE J3400 connector compliance, and communicates with the vehicle per DIN SPEC 70121 and ISO 15118.
